Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped by Zoey Simone via UPS or the United Stated Postal Service.  

  • All orders over $150 are shipped FREE.
  • Internet orders are shipped by UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.  DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Zoey Simone that the item cannot be shipped and will not be charged.
  • Free shipping promotion does not include international shipping

Return and Exchange Policy

Zoey Simone  allows returns provided that return requests are made within fourteen days from the date of order.  All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Zoey Simone has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.  Red Tag items, jewelry, shea body butters, and body scrubs are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are final.

Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise are the purchaser’s responsibility. 

At the time of return, specify credit in original form of payment or exchange.

All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to the payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping and/or taxes.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at customerservice@zoeysimone.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance of RA # does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back to the credit card. The Purchaser will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected.
  2. Please print out the email containing the RA# and include Purchaser’s name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise.
  3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Zoey Simone within seven days of receipt of RA#.  Merchandise must be sent to the following address:

  1. We recommend shipping returned merchandise that allows tracking. Zoey Simone does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Zoey Simone cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Zoey Simone will send you an email regarding the status of your return. We will process return request within five business days following receipt of the package.

**Please note - Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without RA#.
